Working with a USA Cycling Certified Coach gives you the power to focus your time and attention toward achieving maximum cycling results. A Good Coaching, LLC offers the accessibility you need from your cycling coach, with customized programs and fees that work for you. Coach Amy provides customized plans for all types of cyclists including time trial, road racing, multi-day destination rides, century rides, beginner cyclists and overall fitness.

No two athletes are the same, so no two cycling training programs should be either! Get the coaching you need, with a training plan based on your current fitness, specific goals, strengths and weaknesses, work/family schedule, and past athletic history.

Choose from 3 levels of coaching:


Level 3  Level 2 Level 1
$300/month + $150 start up fee*

Requires athlete to have a power meter and ability to upload training data to Training Peaks
$200/month + $150 start up fee*

Requires athlete to have a HR monitor and ability to upload training data to Training Peaks
$150 for 6-week training block

Recommended athlete have a heart rate monitor and cadence sensor
